Donnelle Wagner, DNP, joined Sparks Ear, Nose & Throat Center — West at 1500 Dodson Ave., Suite 260 in Fort Smith. She worked as a nurse practitioner for 10 years and as a registered nurse for 17 years. She spent 15 of those years at Sparks Health System.

Dr. Kyle Basham joined Sparks Urology Group at 5500 Ellsworth Road in Fort Smith. He earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock and completed his residency in urology at the University of Tennessee Graduate School of Medicine in Knoxville.

Terri Church, MSN, APN, ACNS-BC, director of quality and informatics at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, recently achieved certification in the field of health care quality, earning the designation of certified professional.
